School Days in Nasir

Posted by Jengmer Yat on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 9:10 AM (PST)

God is really blessing us here in Nasir during these days. The Bible school is off to a good start as most of our students are now coming and the rest will be here soon. Today we learned what Paul wrote to Timothy in his letters. This is a long story but it teaches us to pray for the authorities God has placed over us and to live a peaceful and quiet life. Paul also told Timothy to study the Word of God so that he could handle it correctly and not be ashamed. Back when the Bible school was founded, one of the team members from the US told us to always keep this in mind as we studied and now God is reminding us again. We are all grateful to be able to devote our time to learn more of the Word of God and share it with others.
