Bible Students Become Early Risers

Posted by Jengmer Yat on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 2:13 PM (PST)

Here in Nasir we are doing very well. The rains continue to hold off and now we have almost finished the work on the compound.  It is now time to begin the final phase of the Nasir Bible School and the students are ready. Please be in prayer for them as this is a difficult season for many of them because it the time of cultivating their gardens. This means that they will have to wake up even earlier to do the work in their gardens before coming to the Bible School to learn a new story for the day. Their gardens are vital for the survival of their families but the students remember that Jesus said, "Man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God".

Please pray for the students to be able to balance the work in their gardens, learning new stories and sharing them in their communities.
