Kulu November 2009 Trip
Kulu, Sudan

Description: As the people in Kulu have been displaced, the team stayed in Mvolo which is the capital of Mvolo County, located in Western Equatoria and home to the Jur tribe. Located in southwestern Sudan, the Jur are wonderful, friendly, and gracious people who love to welcome mission teams to their area.

The team stayed among the people in mud huts, not far from where the people of Kulu had settled. During the trip, the team spent their days teaching Chronological Bible Storying at the local church, playing with the children and holding prayer times for the people's needs.
