Nimule July 2009 Trip
Nimule, Sudan

Description: Nimule is located on the Ugandan border, home to many displaced peoples and the site for the work of Moses Project missionary Maker Manyang. During the war, thousands of Dinka fled to Nimule and have remained there since. Led by Dr. Matt Wilson and Kerrie Snow, R.N., this team hosted a medical clinic in the village, at orphanges and in surrounding areas with need.

In total, they treated approximately 1200 Sudanese for diseases such as typhoid, malaria, tumors, parasites, respiratory infections and malnutrition. While people waited to see the doctor, team members ministered through Chronological Bible Storying to the attentive crowd.
